coach

I believe only the people who studied all the books and databases, practiced with an engine, took chess classes, and still want to improve need a private coach or a second. These people are rated USCF/CFC/FIDE 2200+. The ones who are rated below it do not need it.
Thanks @thibault for the awesome coach page. Some coaches put their hourly rate. Others did not. If I understand correctly, Lichess does not provide any guarantees for quality teaching, no escrow and no payment services. It would be difficult for people who need a coach to make sure they get good quality lessons if they pay ahead. It would be equally difficult for coaches to make sure they get paid after they deliver if the students pay after the lessons.
Also @iceman1point1 raised a nice point. It is very difficult for coaches to find students because many people don't know when they need one. It is also very difficult to win enough money in chess tournaments to pay for a coach.
We select coaches manually, and only accept the best and safest teachers.
At the first sign of trouble, we would remove their coach page.
That's our guaranty.
@Lance5500 is the most famous coach on lichess because of his success in Marathon tournaments. I don't know how much he charges. I also don't really know what to expect from a coach because I have never had one.
@blackzombie I thought so too until I joined a local chess club and lost 6 rated, 90+30, games in row. I started studying books and won my 7th game!
@Tangelo777 The last time I saw him (before they put the coach page up), he was accepting students. My best guess is that he either got too many students to let any more be accepted, or that he cannot accept them for the moment. His Lichess username is LM Blitzstream-twitch, which may sound familiar. You should probably lichess message him about it.
I think it need to have their real name on coach page, not online nick. maybe real rating ?
