Custom background on tabs isn't working

I go to: name>background>image>> and then paste my url , and then it just... stays like that. The cursor is still on the typing area, and the background isn't changing. According to past forums it should work if I just paste it in. I use an Android tab with the desktop site tunred on . Is anyone else having this problem of am I doing something wrong? This isn't an image. It's a webpage containing the image.
Right-click on the image there and select Copy image address and use that URL instead.

that option isn't coming when I long press on tab but thanks anyway!

Mobile device? Long press, open image in a new tab and copy the URL then.
