Why Lichess is not so good than Chess.com or Playok.com?

Only a matter of time until lichess becomes the most popular chess site. It has better features then any other chess site out there. I tried them all.
If developers of Lichess or any avid fans of the site want to hasten growth of popularity , they should create entry in Wikipedia
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Internet_chess_servers
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Chess_websites
Very convincing would be detailed table comparing with others showing obvious advantages of lichess .
Being in Wikipedia means perhaps also better position in search engines after queries
about online ,chess ,blitz ,free and so on tags .
Ask someone knowing about "positioning"
I have over 1000 edits on Wikipedia. I'd advise against it, as it will almost certainly be CSD'd ('speedy deletion', usually without discussion). This is an effect of a lack of notable sources and almost no secondary sources regarding lichess.
Well... I have no personal experience with editing Wikipedia , but I think deletion is after discussion if proved as false ,baseless opinions.
But there are facts-numbers /sources from Google Analytics and Alexa . FIDE Arena has nearly 3x less players daily then lichess,
chessok half of lichess, Yahoo Chess which hasn't exist for few years still exist on Wikipedia -not deleted...
For table should be enough facts from every sites terms of use-" free" =means stripped to play only ,mostly limited number of games ,often with no ranking , - only Lichess and FICS have all "premium" features for free to everyone "
If it would be deleted , deletion can be discussed and restored- after changes , I came across many not deleted -only marked as (probably) biased articles .
If one doesn't try out to post it out , one never find out is it possible or not and what needs to be done to succeed .
So it seems that we need determined person seeing it as worthy to try ...
Yeah, I think it could be at least worth a try. As far as I know, lichess is the first non-commercial open source but successful platform for playing chess, (success here being determined by the number of users, the Alexa rank, daily users, unique visitors, etc). According to Alexa, lichess is one of the top 50,000 sites in the world. Globally, it's 17,330. This is higher than chesscube (29,642), playchess (1.7M), which both have wikipedia pages.

I think lichess should be notable enough to have a wikipedia page considering lesser competitors have wikipedia pages. For example, this page has no references, citations, or any seemingly notable features other than being a chess site maintained by Chess Base: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playchess

Likewise, what the hell is this article: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ChessCafe.com it says literally nothing of merit.

This is a lengthy exposition on the website: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chessgames.com but almost all references come from the website itself.

Without a doubt, Lichess deserves a page there, if the other websites have pages there.
Obviously the majority of people commenting on this are slightly biased (since they are playing on lichess). I expect if you ran the same topic on a chess.com forum board most people would say they prefer chess.com. That said, I slightly prefer chess.com. If I want a quick game of chess chess.com is guaranteed to have more players and therefore one closer to my rating level. I also think their tactics trainer is slightly better and chess mentor is in a league of its own. For everyone complaining about ads, get an ad blocker.

(You're welcome)

I also think that chess.com is able to attract top grandmasters more easily. Examples include a Carlsen simul, a Giri simul (fundraising for Nepal), Max Dlugy and of course Nakamura is regularly on there playing bullet or blitz. In addition it also has the advantages that come with a larger membership base ie. greater variety of people, more forum topics, more people to analyse your games etc.

However Lichess does have some things going for it. I much prefer the tournament system here and the array of variations.

That's my long winded 2 cents :)
