hi,i whats is your idea about add mental chess(whitout board) to lichess?

Easy to cheat - how do you know if your opponent just has a board in front of them? No way round that

i send message for thiabult.he can set this game casual or in fast game is not important.but mental chess can improve memory fastly. please comment on this

I think it is a good idea to play blindfolded chess or mental chess as you call it. There already exist a feature on lichess for blind players to play. It would be good to have this.

follow the instructions given by Clarkey, and you can play without a board by sending textual representation of moves.
