Entire History of Women's Chess in Eight Tournaments (Part 2)

A good read, thank you for covering this side of chess :D
Why is russian flag BLURED instead of being white-BLUE-RED?
As usual, thanks for the great article :)

Someday I need to take a better look at Xie Jun's games, I know very little about her, but was really nice to see her interview in the most recent Women's World Chess Championship. it's also funny that her photo in Wikipedia was taken in my country (Brazil) which is a very odd place for a famous chess player to be hehe

And it's not so famous, but Gunina's win in the "London Chess Classic Super Rapidplay" (what a name lol) in 2016 was incredibly impressive as well, she scored 9/10 (performance rating of 2831), beating e.g. McShane and Howell and drawing only against Fressinet and Bacrot.

The second part of this article has some photos and social media reaction: en.chessbase.com/post/the-first-lady-of-the-london-chess-classic
