Do I know whether someone blocked me?

Can I tell whether someone whom I write a message blocked me?

(I recently accidentally let the time run out in a losing position in a game with someone I like to play with. They understandably complained in the game chat and haven't replied to my apology via direct message yet. I'm wondering whether they might not get my message because they might have blocked me.)

If someone blocks you, you usually can't write them a message anymore (if their standard messaging option is available), if someone blocks messages in general, so you cannot be 100% sure but maybe about 99%

If the person has been rude to me, blocking him would be the only option. Otherwise, i don ́t mind losing or winning against anyone.

Go to lichess.org/inbox/[insert the name of the person who you're wondering might have blocked you here] and, if there's a "This conversation is blocked" text, then they've blocked you.

If someone's blocked your account, you can't even *attempt* to send your message from that account.

if some blocked you , you cant see the text option. plus if he \ she was your follower or friend it will be automatically get removed .

A few days ago, a streamer thought I was cheating, reported me, and blocked me. So I went to Twitch to talk to him, but I didn't see him answer because the voice didn't work. It was both sad and funny, sad, because he looked really bummed, but funny because he wrote (on Twitch) "...but I'm a bit suspicious, new user, close to perfect game", oh boy...

Thanks for all the replies. So I wasn't blocked and I've played that player again; so all good...
